Challenge
Vietinbank wants to engage their customers more with their loyalty programs and benefits, provides customer a better way to manage their digital banking account with the improvement from iPay Application.
Solution

● Redesign of current iPay app.
● Create a new concept: Vietinbank Lifestyle – a loyalty and lifestyle app together with seamless mobile banking experience that helps customer use their loyalty points to buy, get discount and offers from various exclusive merchants
